Racers For Coffee

…so a Hot Rod Fuller needs a venue…ok, lots of venues with reasonable purses coupled with reasonable overhead.  ET Bracket racers, fans (yes, there are fans of fast brackets who would be perfectly content if they never saw a “national” racing event ever again, provided advanced ET racers ruled the earth…) and clubs like the late, lamented Emerald City Bracket Assoc. out of Seattle could toss a feature supplement ala Stock Elim. (pretty popular in Seattle what with Don Elgin and the Kost family in da house…) in for local tracks to enjoy…tracks pushed to the wall by Sears Point visions out of Glendora to do large scale scheduling.

George Howard, the southern Bill Graham of bracket racing promotions, has the devotion of many bracket teams which attempt to make a living with big buck brackets.  The balance the universe demands of all its inhabitants means some version of PRO for bracket racing tour rats should emerge…an SEIU-styled union for cooperative and industry-wide organization of racers for clear understanding of expectations of what is affordable for all…and what can be realistically scheduled with buy back and gamblers policies which will less resemble Gold Coast gambling.
